Our cases begin with carefully selected materials. For the MonoCase Air, we use Luxury TPU, a premium thermoplastic polyurethane that is ultra-thin, flexible, and durable, resisting yellowing, warping, and distortion even at just 0.35mm.

Custom Moulding

We begin by creating custom CNC-machined moulds, engineered with micron-level accuracy. These moulds are tailored to each phone model, ensuring that every curve, button, and port is perfectly aligned. With tolerances this tight, even the slightest deviation could ruin a case — so we don’t take shortcuts.

Controlled Shaping

Once the materials are ready, they are carefully injected and pressed into the moulds. Timing and temperature are critical — especially for the Air, which cools rapidly due to its ultra-thin profile. Our expert technicians guide this process, ensuring consistent shape and flawless structure where machines alone cannot.

Hand-Finished Perfection

After moulding, every case is hand-finished. Overhangs and seams are trimmed, edges are polished, and every surface is checked for smoothness. This step ensures every MonoCase feels as good as it looks, reflecting the premium craftsmanship you expect.

Strict Quality Control

No case leaves our workshop without passing multiple rounds of quality checks. Cutouts, edges, and fit are inspected to meet our exacting standards. Cases that don’t meet the bar are recycled responsibly — we never compromise on quality.
