Shipping Information
Shipping Times
Monocase aims to deliver every order as quickly as possible. The most accurate shipping times are displayed directly below the “Add to Cart” button on each product page. These estimates take precedence over any general timelines mentioned elsewhere and often reflect items experiencing higher demand.
All orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days of purchase. Orders placed after Friday, 12 p.m. (SGT) or over the weekend will be dispatched by Monday, 12 p.m. (SGT).
Shipping Method
Monocase uses individual countries’ postal routes. This means that your order will first be sent to your country’s national postal service, after which your local postal agency will handle the final delivery.
Shipping Availability
Products without specific shipping estimates below the “Add to Cart” button are currently not available for delivery to your location. Customers in these regions can consider using a freight forwarding service or check back later, as shipping availability may expand in the future.
Delivery Times
For products that can be shipped, please allow 4 - 18 working days for delivery, depending on your location and product availability. *
While Monocase strives to deliver within the quoted timeframe, please expect possible delays of up to one week in the event of unforeseen global shipping disruptions. Rest assured, the team will do its best to ensure all orders arrive as promptly as possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery country. For the most accurate shipping options and estimated transit times, simply enter your delivery address at checkout. You will then be able to select the shipping method that best suits your preference.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is entered accurately. Any re-routing charges resulting from an address change after a shipping label has been created will be borne by the customer.
*Working days exclude public holidays observed in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and the destination country.

Tracking
Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on your local postal service’s system. For assistance, contact monocase.online@gmail.com
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All duties and taxes are fully covered by Monocase. No additional payment is required upon delivery. Customs clearance times may vary.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or delayed, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Monocase will investigate with our postal partners, after which a replacement or refund will be offered based on the outcome.
Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, no refunds will be issued. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship separately for faster delivery. If you prefer a single shipment, email monocase.online@gmail.com immediately after purchase. Consolidation may affect delivery speed.
PO Boxes & Special Addresses
Monocase ships to any address entered at checkout, including PO boxes. Please ensure your address is complete and accepted by your local postal service.
Peak Season Delays
During peak seasons such as Christmas, please allow an additional up to 5 working days on top of standard delivery estimates.
