Monocase Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unopened, or unused
  • With tags intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at Monocase.online@gmail.com.
Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note: returns must be sent to our designated return address (to be provided upon approval).

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product.
Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must meet the same return eligibility criteria listed above.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
